| Russell Spiro FRICS, of
Thresholds, has been a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors since 1979, in the General Practice Division. His work has
covered both residential and commercial markets for private as well
as corporate clients during this time out of offices in Edgware, Colindale
and Kensal Rise and corporations based in Victoria covering the whole
of the London Area, and since 1986 established his own company having
had offices in Golders Green and St John's Wood, the office currently
being in Finchley.
He was elected an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors in April 1986 and was duly elected a Fellow
of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with effect from
May 1992.
During this time he has worked on approximately 10,000 projects
which have covered the full spectrum of work as detailed in the
company's Reports and Services section.
Whilst the work undertaken is predominantly in the London area,
having regard to corporate clients' requests work has been completed
all over the United Kingdom from Edinburgh to Brighton and Margate
to Frome.
