We would always recommend that you contact us directly prior to deciding what your requirements are, for the older the property the more appropriate it is to have a full building survey. We will, however, guide you to the type of report that best suits your needs and requirements. Detailed below is an indication of the fees for the most popular types of reports. Fees may vary from those detailed below to reflect abnormally large accommodation or the property's proximity from the office.

All fees are exclusive of VAT. All other fees for reports and commercial surveys etc can only be advised upon contact with the office, and many times only upon full discussion with the surveyor who will understand the complexities of the tasks required and the style of the property for which the service is required.
